The Instructor will guide participants through various exercises to strengthen posture, improve balance, and stimulate bone remodeling for better bone density. Various props used will include chairs, blocks, straps, yoga mats, blankets, small weights and resistance bands in order to challenge participants in a safe and effective manner. Exercises will be adapted for all levels including beginner, intermediate and more advanced options. Practice exercises in a chair, standing using the wall, standing away from the wall, and getting up and down off the floor safely to make floor exercises more available. This class will teach modifications that participants may then take to other exercise classes.
